All Orders are made to Order so during Busy times it may take a little longer. If you require your order for a certain date please get in contact and will make sure your order is sent out in time.

We post worldwide via a courier company. so parcels are tracked.

RETURNS POLICY
If you have a problem with your order, please do let us know and we'll do our best to put it right, however, we can only issue a refund for items that are faulty.

The refund will only extend to those items which are faulty, not to the whole shipment. You must notify us in writing of any shortfall or any faulty items within 3 days of receipt of order.

Please note that our products are handmade, bespoke items, therefore small discrepancies between the sample photo and the item will naturally occur. We will let you know of any changes to a design in the description before purchase.
